They are looking for an experienced residential block manager or assistant property manager (with block experience) who is ready to take the next step. You’ll be handling a smaller portfolio than at other block management companies and will be working with a range of prestigious residential blocks in Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and central London.

Responsibilities include:
- Looking after a portfolio of central London residential blocks
- Maintenance of the communal areas
- Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
- Site visits to ensure buildings are in good order
- Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
- Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
- Ability to work closely with clients and deliver what you say you will
- Support from an assistant
Skills required:
- Solid experience within the residential block property management sector
- Good customer service and attention to detail
- Understanding service charge budgets
- IRPM or TPI qualification preferred but not essential
